Abhinita Mohanty is pursuing PhD in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Madras. Her works have been published in Outlook Magazine (website), Feminism in India (FII), New Asian Writing, Burgundy Balloon, Trouvaille Review, Tribune newspaper, Ponder Savant and Green Ink Poetry. She hails from Bhubaneswar. When not busy writing academic papers or struggling with her thesis, she prefers to read, write poetry and non-fiction on everyday life, experiences and socio-political issues.
