Amanthi Harris
Amanthi Harris grew up in Sri Lanka and London. She studied Fine Art at Central St Martins and has degrees in Law and Chemistry from Bristol University. Beautiful Place is her first novel. Lantern Evening, a novella, won the Gatehouse Press New Fictions Prize 2016 and was serialised and broadcast on Radio Reverb in 2020. Her short stories have been published and broadcast on BBC Radio 4. Her short story, “In The Mountains” was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and is included in Best British Short Stories 2020. www.amanthiharris.com
