Anil Petwal is a writer and a civil servant residing  in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He self-published a book of poems in his college years, titled A Boy’s Juvenilia. Presently, he is working on a novel and a book of poems. His writing explores the fragile nature of the modern human experience in constantly changing milieus, transfigured as much by conscious choices as the forces of circumstance and place.
