Michael Augustin

Michael Augustin was born in Lübeck in 1953. He studied Anglo-Irish Literature and Folklore at University College Dublin and the University of Kiel. His most recent books are: Der stärkste Mann der Welt, a collection of short prose, poems and collages (2018) and Hurly-Burly, a collection of visual poems (2020). He has worked as a writer and broadcaster with Radio Bremen for almost 40 years; and directed the international festival Poetry on the Road in Bremen. He lives in Bremen, Germany.
