Nageen Rather teaches fiction at the Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir, lndia. His short stories have appeared in magazines and journals like Himal Southasian, Wilderness House Literary Review, lnverse Journal, Mountain Ink and many others.  Currently, he is finishing his debut novel tentatively titled Handcuffed to History.
