Pooja Ugrani

Pooja Ugrani is an architect by education, a teacher by profession, a poet by whim and an an artist by choice. She graduated from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, holds a PG diploma in Indian Aesthetics and is currently pursuing research on human expression at urban boundaries in community living. Her poetry has been published in an anthology of Bangalore poets named Po’try in 2016. She was invited to read at the Bangalore Poetry Festival 2019. She considers the cities of Mumbai and Bangalore, her twin homes and spends time jumping between them, writing about the small everyday things in life that intrigue and engage her.
