Valentina Meloni

Valentina Meloni was born in Rome. Her poetry collections include: Nei Giardini di Suzhou (2015), Le regole del controdolore (2016), Alambic (2018), Nanita (Otata’s Bookshelf, 2017), Eva (2018), and others. She directs and publishes, Komorebi ni nureru Italian Journal, a periodic magazine of Haikai in translation from the English. She writes in literary and cultural magazines, and on her eco-poetry and deep ecology blogs. She lives in Valdichiana and leads a rather retracted life in contact with woods and all the natural beauties that surround and inspire her.
