Chrissie Gittins

Chrissie Gittins lives in London and writes poetry, short fiction, radio drama and poetry for children. She is the author of two poetry collections, three poetry pamphlets, two short story collections and five poetry collections for children. Her children’s poetry collections are Poetry Book Society Choices and two were shortlisted for the CLPE Poetry Award. Her four plays for BBCR4 were Radio Choices in the Radio Times, and newspaper Best Drama/Picks of the Day. She is a Hawthornden International Fellow. She features on the Poetry Archive, and is listed in the British Council Writers Directory.
