Wendell Rodricks is a fashion designer and author based in Goa, India. He is also an activist for social causes, the environment, and gay rights, being a homosexual himself. In 2014, he was awarded the Padma Shri, India’s fourth-highest civilian award His books include Moda Goa: History and Style (2012), The Green Room (2012), a memoir, and Poskem: Goans in the Shadows (2017)
