Lake360: An Open-Air Restaurant Nestled in Karma Lakelands’ Green Expanse
Lake360, an open-air restaurant tucked away in the middle of green gardens and trees, in Karma Lakelands, Gurugram.

Lake360, an open-air restaurant tucked away in the middle of green gardens and trees, is part of Karma Lakelands in Gurugram. It is an open-air restaurant on an elevated deck, overlooking an artificial lake and colourful fountains. Since it is surrounded by large expanse of greenery, evenings here are cool and breezy.

Karma Lakelands is spread over 300 acres of lush landscapes and meadows. Lake360, the dining destination, is a quiet place to unwind and have a relaxed time with family and friends. Sauntering leisurely to reach the restaurant, one could enjoy soaking in the exquisite figurines by the famous sculptor from Rajasthan, Nekchand.

Karma Lakelands is owned by Ashwani Khurana, and run by the husband-wife duo, Bhisham Chawla and Aashna Khurana.  Lake360 focuses on sustainable living and all the ingredients are locally sourced. Fresh fruits and vegetables are from their organic farmlands. It serves a set four-course Indian and European dishes, which include vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines. The refreshing cocktails complement the food — piquant and luscious.

Talking about the concept behind Lake360, Daman Singh, General Manager at Karma Lakelands, said it aims to give day-guests extraordinary dining experience. The restaurant offers a splendid view of the lake at the golf course. It accepts bookings for private celebrations and romantic dinners.

Singh says food is an ever-evolving industry and the restaurant’s menu has been planned keeping in mind the new trends. They have taken the classic Indian recipes and elevated them to cater to a global audience through better food presentation.

Singh adds that the culinary ethos at Lake360 is manifested in its organic, home-grown ingredients. It believes in responsible living at the resort and grows most of its food with the help of chefs and the horticulture team, thereby making cost-effective and healthy produce.

To enhance the fine-dining experience at Lake360, the chef meets guests and understands their requirement in order to give them a memorable time. Lake360 will soon start live-entertainment gigs at the deck to enhance the dining experience.

Singh says there is no immediate expansion plan but after a successful launch, they want to continue enriching the guest experience through personalised service. “We may plan a menu enhancement later this year,” he adds.
