Melt Cocktail & Bar, an avant-garde chocolate-infused concept spread across 10,000 square feet in Noida, is more than just a place to grab a meal — it’s a culinary and social experience that seems poised to change the city’s nightlife.
Designed by Tanya Chutani of Pantone Collective, its organic walls boast of an elegant blend of colours, lending the space an inviting atmosphere. An exclusive private dining room offers a more intimate experience. Outside, a unique round gazebo adds a touch of novelty. The terrazzo flooring, with its earthy tones, adds to the overall allure.
Melt’s menu draws inspiration from global cuisines. The team of skilled chefs experiment with various ingredients and recipes to offer a diverse range of dishes that cater to a wide spectrum of culinary preferences. It celebrates progressive modern Indian cuisine, combining traditional flavours with unique elements to create dishes that surprise and delight. Guided by expat chef Sercan Akgol, the menu boasts enticing options like Neapolitan Pizzas, Pesta Burrata Risotto, Grilled Sole, Funghi, and more. So, whether you have a hankering for Japanese stone bowl sizzlers or crave something unique from their Michelin-star expat pizza chef, it has you covered.
A standout feature is the live chocolate counter headed by bakery and pastry chef Santosh, where its chocolatiers offer chocolate-making sessions, allowing guests to witness the craft and indulge in delectable chocolate desserts like Chocolate Bar Melt and Crunchy Mango Pate. The mixology bar crafts chocolate-infused cocktails, a craze with chocolate enthusiasts. From interactive chocolate-forward cocktails to modern concoctions, the menu promises to excite discerning palates. Sudhanshu Shekhar, General Manager of Melt Cocktail & Bar, sums up their philosophy: “We believe in the elegance of simplicity and the power of creativity, and offer luxury without compromise.”
Along with Chef Gourav Singh, who has over two decades of experience in luxury hotels and renowned restaurants, the bartenders have crafted a range of inventive drinks — from classic cocktails to signature creations, like the Melt DIY G&T and Naughty Professor. At the heart of Melt’s concept lies a deep appreciation for chocolates, making it the first such bar in Delhi-NCR. With a diverse menu, interactive experiences, and an inviting ambience, Melt aims to provide a unique dining and entertainment destination for the city’s residents and visitors.
